Simon's Town Quayside Conference Simon’s Town Quayside Hotel & Conference Centre offers two superb conference centres – the Drakensberg Conference Facility catering for groups of up to 60 delegates and boasting the most advanced facilities with the additional advantage of the Protea Conference Room as a breakaway room.

The smaller Outeniqua Conference Facility caters for up to 15 delegates. This upmarket and private venue is ideal for business discussions and think tanks. There is also a private lounge area for delegate use only.

Casa do Sol Conference Casa do Sol Hotel & Resort offers a charming, exotic venue with emphasis on quality of every aspect for successful launches, meetings, conferences, team building exercises and weddings. The warm, friendly, attentive and professional banqueting team will guarantee that each event undertaken at this luxury hotel is a superb experience.

There are options of day and full board packages. The conference venue can seat up to 120 delegates and there are numerous breakaway rooms. The business centre and hospitality areas are for exclusive use of delegates during the conference. Casa do Sol makes use of the latest AMX remote control systems for laptops, has DSTV, audio-visual equipment including DVD, CD and VCR systems. Lapel and Madonna mikes are available and all venues are fully air-conditioned. There is a selection in the choice of venues both indoor and outdoor.

A variety of team building and other activities such as quad biking, river rafting, abseiling, night safaris, paint ball, archery, clay pigeon shooting, boot camp, bush braais and trout fishing to name but a few can be arranged.

The Bantry Bay Luxury Suites
has a 12-seater executive boardroom. Equipped with a TV, video, overhead projector, flip charts and whiteboards, this boardroom is ideal for small meetings and discussions.

Leisure Bay Conference

Leisure Bay Luxury Suites has a 15–seater executive boardroom, equipped with a TV, flipchart & white board and any other equipment can be supplied at a minimal cost. This boardroom is absolutely ideal for small meetings and discussions. Leisure Bay Luxury Suites is also a perfect location for private functions, weddings, year end bashes and corporate parties. The Beach Bistro can accommodate up to 35 guests inside and 20 outside. The outside terrace area is completely sheltered from the wind and is a perfect setting for outdoor dining in summer.
adderley Conference The Adderley Hotel now has a 16–seater executive boardroom, equipped with a TV, flipchart " white board , all other equipment can be supplied at a cost. This boardroom is absolutely ideal for small meetings and discussions and there is an option of a full day or half day conference package. The Adderley hotel is situated in the heart of the CBD making it the perfect location for private functions, weddings, end of the year get togethers as well as corporate parties. Bowl restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can accommodate up to 20 guests inside and 20 outside on the terrace.
